About the Role:
As a Human Resources Graduate, you will be gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions. This is a full-time role designed to help you grow and develop into a well-rounded HR professional.
What You will be Doing will Include:
Assisting with Recruitment & Acquisition: Supporting end-to-end hiring processes, from job advertising to welcoming new team members.
Onboarding: assisting in the onboarding process, KPI’s, establishing annual reviews and metrics.
HR and General Administration: various general administration assist with maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with policies.
Employee Engagement: Help design and implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
Helping with Learning, Training & Development: Contribute to programs that empower employees and support career growth.
Collaborating with the team on exciting HR projects to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Assisting with the documentation of Processes and Procedures and more
What We are Looking For:
A degree or similar qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you are a natural with people.
An organized approach with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Passion for learning and growing in the HR field.
Knowledge of basic HR principles or any experience in an HR environment (advantageous but not essential).
